Thermostat

Air Conditioning Thermostat

A thermostat is a device that activates the heating and cooling system when the ideal temperature varies from its setting. An electrical circuit connects the thermostat sensor to the air conditioning equipment. A series of switches are configured inside the Air Conditioning thermostat to control the AC unit.

Gas Furnace Thermostat

A furnace usually requires a basic five wire gas furnace thermostat to regulate the heat and activate the split air conditioning system, when the owner wants to cool down. A built in delay is programmed into the gas furnace thermostat so that a safety check can be done by the circuit board located inside the furnace. Once the programmed diagnostic check is concluded inside the gas furnace thermostat the heat begins to work.

Heat Pump Thermostat

Honeywell makes an ideal heat pump thermostat replacement because it can accurately compute several functions at the same time. The thermostat has programmed codes that enable it to efficiently control several tasks and it can be used with different HVAC equipment. During the Winter, a heat pump thermostat must be able to make the AC system go into defrost. At the same time, the heat pump thermostat controls the electric heat inside the air handler.

Nest Wi-Fi Thermostat

Customers like the convenience and remote features of the Nest thermostat. They can control their thermostat from different locations and use the internet to send Wi-Fi signals to their AC. They need to be in communication with Air Heat Raleigh during the air conditioning Nest thermostat replacement.
